Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated February 16, 2022 as follows:

Approving the interim cash dividend payment for 2021:

- Payment ratio: 20% (2,000 VND/share)

- Record date: March 21, 2022

- Payment date: April 07, 2022.

2. Approving to convene the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

- Record date: March 21, 2022

- Meeting time: April 22, 2022

- Meeting venue: Floor 10, Comeco Building, 549 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 3, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
