On February 14, 2022, Sao Mai Group Corporation announces the adjustment to the result of stock issuance for 2019 – 2020 dividend payment as follows:

- Ending date: January 17, 2022 (instead of expected in February 2022)

- Number of shares to distribute to shareholders according to the rate: 77,658,903 for 15,246 shareholders.
