- Approving the business result in 2021:
- Total revenue (consolidated): 4,477.1 billion dongs, reached 181.4% compared to 2020, reached 74.6% compared to the plan
- Profit after tax (consolidated): 955.1 billion dongs, reached 298.6% compared to 2020, reached 47.7% compared to the plan
- Approving the buisness plan in 2022:
- Total revenue (consolidated): 9,800 billion dongs
- Profit after tax (consolidated): 4,500 billion dongs
- Approving the listing of bonds on the Stock Exchange.
- Approving the amendment, supplement of the company’s charter.
- Approving the adjustment, supplement to the plan to raise capital.
- Approving the share private placement to raise its charter capital.
