On January 28, the Board of Directors of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the amendment of Article 6 in the Company’s Charter after the public offering and private placement. Accordingly, the Company’s charter capital increased from VND431,196,880,000 to VND729,079,280,000.
