On January 28, 2022, HOSE issued Announcement No.145/TB-SGDHCM regarding the change of listing of Joint Stock Commercial Bank For Foreign Trade Of Viet Nam (stock code: VCB) as follows:

- Additional listing volume: 1,023,639,123 shares

- Total listing volume after change: 4,732,516,571 shares

- Total listing value after change (based on par value): VND47,325,165,710,000

- Effective date of the listing license: January 26, 2022

- Official trading date: February 14, 2022.
