1.  Approved the agreement signing, transaction with related party – Dong Nai Water Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the contract value is less than 10% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
2. Approved the agreement signing, transaction with related party – Sonadezi Environment JSC. Accordingly, the contract value is less than 10% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
3. Approved the agreement signing, transaction with related party – Sonadezi Service Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the contract value is less than 10% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
4. Approved the agreement signing, transaction with related party – Sonadezi Security Services Company Limited. Accordingly, the contract value is less than 10% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
5. Approved the agreement signing, transaction with related party – Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the contract value is less than 10% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
6. Approved the agreement signing, transaction with related party – Sonadezi An Binh Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the contract value is less than 10% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
