On December 24, 2022, EVN Finance Joint Stock Company (EVNFinance) announces the following content:

-       On December 24, 2022, EVNFinance received the information through the electronic newspapers of Dan Tri and Vietstock.vn, citing page 83 of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company's 2021 Annual Report with untrue information about Mr. Ngo Thuc Vu’s title and working history from 2021 to present at VNFinance.

-       Accordingly, Mr. Ngo Thuc Vu is no longer Deputy Chief Executive Officer at VNFinance and has terminated his employment contract with VNFinance on January 29, 2021.
