The Board resolution dated December 15, 2022, the BOD of Innovative Technology Development Corporation approved the adjustment of the plan to increase its charter capital in 2022 as follows:

1. The adjustment of the expected time to issue shares for dividend payment in December 2022 – January 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
2. Stock issuance under ESOP with the ratio of 05%:

-          Stock name: Innovative Technology Development Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Expected issue volume: 1,063,573 shares

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Total value of issue (at par value): VND10,635,730,000

-          Issue rate: 05%

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year

-          Plan for using capital: total proceeds from the issuance will be supplemented working capital for the Company’s business production activities.

-          Time of implementation: expected in December 2022 – January 2023.
