VIC: Transferring shares in Vincons

On November 01, 2022, the BOD of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved to transfer all shares from Vincons Construction Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (Vincons) to Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM). After the transfer, VIC is still the parent company of Vincons, indirectly owned through VHM .
