-          Record date:  December 12, 2022

-          Payment date: January 05, 2023

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sesan 4A HydroElectric Joint Stock Company as from January 05, 2023.
