On November 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of Thu Duc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-          Exercise ratio: 100:66% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 66 new shares.)

-          Estimated issue volume: 10,096,239 shares

-          Total issue value: VND100,962,390,000

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2022.
