October 19, 2022, the Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved contents as follows:

1)      Approving the result of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 59,400,000 shares

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          Total proceeds from the offering: VND766,130,940,000

-          Number of distributed shares: 51,075,396 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 8,324,604 shares.

2)      Approving the sale of 8,324,604 unsold shares to other investors with the selling price of VND15,000/share.

-          Implement date:  from October 19, 2022 to October 27, 2022.
