November 17, 2022, the Board of Directors of Coma18 Joint Stock Company approved contents as follows:

-          Approving Mr. Le Van Bien not to join the Board of directors in the term 2021-2026.

-          Approving Mrs. Le Thi Van Anh not to join the Board of Supervisory in the term 2021-2026.

-          Approving the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting venue: Km 10 Nguyen Trai street, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city.
