The Board resolution dated November 07, 2022, the Board of Directors of BKG VietNam Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the result of a stock issuance to increase its share capital:

-          Number of distributed shares: 6,199,983 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 5,211 shareholders

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

-          Total current shares (October 25, 2022): 58,199,983 shares

2. The BOD approved to increase charter capital:

-          Charter capital before stock issuance: VND620,000,000,000.

-          Charter capital after stock issuance: VND681,999,830,000.
