1. Approved the business result in nine months of 2022:

-          Total revenue:                               774.322 billion dongs (reached 81% plan of year)

-          Revenue from production:            729.990 billion dongs (reached 85% plan of year)

-          Profit before tax:                            66.415 billion dongs (reached 81% plan of year)

-          To pay the State budget:                 20.632 billion dongs (reached 51.6% plan of year).

2. Approved the business plan in Quarter 4/2022:

-          Total revenue:                               190 billion dongs

-          Revenue from production:            185 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                             18.585 billion dongs

-          To pay the State budget:                 10 billion dongs.

3. Approved the business plan in 2023:

    a. Option 1:

-          Total revenue:                               1.000 billion dongs

-          Revenue from production:               920 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                                85 billion dongs

     b. Option 2:

-          Total revenue:                               1.050 billion dongs

-          Revenue from production:            1.000 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                               90 billion dongs.

4. Approved the first cash dividend payment in 2022:

-          Record date: November 29, 2022
