The Board resolution dated September 30, 2022, the BOD of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the business result in first six months of 2022:

-          Net sales: 799 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 39 billion dongs.

2. Approved the business plan in last six months of 2022:

-          Net sales: 1,043 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 47 billion dongs.

3. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Diep Thi My Hao as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from September 30, 2022.

4. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company from September 30, 2022.

5. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung as Chairman of BOD of the Company from September 30, 2022.

6. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Dien Thi Lan Phuong as Chairman of BOD of the Company from September 30, 2022.

7. Approved the additional election of Mr. Johan Nyvene as Independent member of BOD and member of Audit Committee of the Company September 30, 2022.

8. Approved the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Trang as Acting Financial Manager of the Company from September 30, 2022.

9. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Phi Bang as Acting Financial Manager of the Company from September 30, 2022.

10. Approved the relocation of representative office head to No.196A Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien ward, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh.

11. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong as Head of representative office in Ho Chi Minh.
