The Board resolution dated September 30, 2022, the BOD of Hoa Sen Group approved the following issues:

Approved the Company’s charter capital to VND5,980,549,860,000, equivalent to 598,054,986 shares.
Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of VND5,980,549,860,000.
