According to the Board resolution dated October 25, 2022, the BOD of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved the purchase of additional shares to contribute capital in Sai Gon 168 Trading Business Development Corporation. Details are as follows:

-          Additional purchase volume: 1,450,000 shares

-          Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-          Total value: VND14,500,000,000

-          Total shares after contributing of TNA in Sai Gon 168 Trading Business Development Corporation to VND20,200,000 shares, equivalent to VND202,000,000,000.

-          Time of implementation: before November 01, 2022.
