Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company announces a BOD resolution of approving a loan of Khang Phuc House Trading Investment Company Limited (Khang Phuc) at Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) as below.

1. Approving Khang Phuc’s loan and collateral assets at OCB:

- Loan limit: 1,220 bil. Dongs

- Purpose: paying for construction and investment at Le Minh Xuan industrial park and the cost of paying land tax.

2. Ensuring loan payment for OCB if Khang Phuc can’t pay the loan.
