The Board resolution dated January 04, 2022, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the establishment of the Internal Audit under the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving the Regulation on the Internal Audit.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Bui Thanh Truc as Head of the Internal Audit.
