-          Distributed volume from 11/19/2021 to 12/08/2021: 522,389,450 shares

-          Remaining volume: 16,765,292 shares.

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Selling price: VND12,500/share

-          Suscription time: from 12/17/2021 to 12/20/2021

-          Payment time: from 12/21/2021 to 12/22/2021.

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year from the finish date of the offering.
