On December 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of BIDV Insurance Corporation approved the plan for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:

1)    Record date for shareholder list: January 19, 2022

2)    Time of implementation: from January 24, 2022 to January 25, 2022.
