The Board resolution dated January 26, 2022, the BOD of Clever Group Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the plan to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: February 20, 2022

-          Meeting time: expected on March 19, 2022

-          Meeting venue: at Ha Noi.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Don Nu Duc Hien – member of BOD cum Deputy Director as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company from January 26, 2022.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Do Thi Nga as Person in charge of Corporate Governance from January 26, 2022.

4)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Vu Ngoc Anh as member of Audit Committee from January 26, 2022.
