-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Van Dung as Chief Accountant as from January 20, 2022.

-          Approving the appointment of Mrs. Pham Thi Ngoc Phuong as Chief Accountant as from January 20, 2022.

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Van Dung and Mr. Dao Xuan Trong as Deputy CEO as from January 20, 2022.
