-          Number of shares issued: 19,747,171 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 310,135 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 843,390 shares

-          Issuance rate: 4.34%

-          Offering price: VND20,000/share

-          Time of implementation: expected in February 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Time for transfer restriction: 05 years from the ending date of the offering.
