According to the Official Document No.273/UBCK-PTTT dated January 14, 2022 by the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), SSC approved that the foreign ownership ratio limit of Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company (HSL) will be 49%.
