The Board resolution dated January 14, 2022, the BOD of Logistics Vicem Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Huynh Trung Hieu as Chairman cum member of BOD of the Company from January 01, 2022 according to his personal wishes. The BOD will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders.

2)      Approving the assignment of Mr. Nguyen Van Huan to perform the duties and powers of the Chairman of BOD from January 01, 2022.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Dam Minh Tien as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January 14, 2022.
