The Board resolution dated January 13, 2022, the BOD of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the increase of the company’s charter capital and charter after the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020:

-          Result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020:

• Number of distributed shares: 2,796,214 shares
• Number of distributed shareholders: 5,758 shareholders
• Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
• Total shares after the issuance: 42,752,586 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 42,752,586 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 0 share.

• Charter capital before the issuance: VND399,563,720,000
• Additional increase charter capital: VND27,962,140,000
• Charter capital after the issuance: VND427,525,860,000
• Total shares after the issuance: 42,752,586 shares.

2)      Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital.

3)      Approving the registration to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 2,796,214 shares.
