5)      Expected issue volume: 236,106,938 shares

6)      Total issue value: VND2,361,069,380,000

7)      Financial resource: surplus equity

8)      Time of implementation: expected in Quarter I&II 2022. 

9)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
