The Board resolution dated December 30, 2021, the Board of Directors of Everland Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the public offering:

-          Record date: January 18, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 share, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).

-          Time for rights transference: from January 26, 2022 to February 11, 2022

-          Time for subscription and payment: from January 26, 2022 to February 21, 2022

-          Place to receive subscription:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Everland Group Joint Stock Company.

2)      Approving the stock dividend payment for 2020:

-          Record date: January 18, 2022

-          Expected issue volume: 5,250,000 shares

-          Total value of issue (at par value): VND52,500,000,000

-          Exercise ratio: 20:1 (Those who own 20 shares will receive 01 new share).
