TCD: Adjusting the content of contributing capital in TCD Plus

On January 07, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRADICO) approved the adjustment of the contents of contributing capital to establish TCD Plus with details as follows:

-          Company name: TCD Plus Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: TCD Plus

-          Charter capital: VND250,000,000,000 (TRADICO contributed VND200,000,000,000, equivalent to 20,000,000 shares, accounting for 80% of charter capital of TCD Plus Joint Stock Company.

-          Stock volume: 25,000,000 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          To appoint Mr. Bui Thien Phuong Dong – member of BOD cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as representative of contributed capital of TRADICO in
