GMC: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated September 28, 2021, the BOD of Garmex Saigon Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      To increase its charter capital from VND300,052,800,000 to VND330,002,590,000 due to the additional issuance to pay dividends for 2020.

2)      To amend its charter with new charter capital.
