- Conversion ratio: 1:6 (01 newly-issued share of BBC will be exchanged for 06 shares of PAN CG);
- Issue volume: 3,331,905 shares;
- Total issue value at par value: VND33,319,050,000;
- Total shares after the issue: 18,752,687 shares;
- Total value of shares after the issue: VND187,526,870,000;
- Object of the issue: shareholders of PAN CG
