The Board resolution dated September 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the handle of fractional shares in the stock issuance for 2020 dividend payment as follows:
- Issued volume: 273,976,520 shares; including:
+ Number of distributed shares according to the ratio of 25%: 273,975,547 shares for 17,420 shareholders
+ Number of fractional shares: 973 shares. These shares will be distributed to Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank Labor Union.
