On September 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan for the change of CII’s consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from 2022 and will submit the plan to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
