The Board resolution dated September 22, 2021, the BOD of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to promulgate the regulation on information disclosure.

2)      Approving to borrow capital at Vietcombank – Hai Duong branch with the credit limit of VND400 billion within 06 months to supplement its working capital.
