Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) announces Board Resolution No.0912/2021 dated September 20, 2021 as follows:

1)      The Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the result of ESOP with the foreign ownership limit adjusted from 24.4908% to 22.4724%. The adjustment takes effect from the end of the offering of shares above.

2)      The Board of Directors approved the amendment to Techcombank’s Charter regarding the foreign ownership limit at 22.4724%.
