Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces the adjustment of the result of stock issuance to pay dividend to existing shareholders as follows:

-         Number of distributed shares: 398,441,824 shares (instead of 398,441,653 shares); Of which

+ Number of shares to distribute to shareholders according to the ratio 100:25: 398,439,307 shares for 15,245 shareholders;

+ Number of fractional shares: 2,517 shares (instead of 2,346 shares).

-         Total shares after the issuance (August 30, 2021): 2,007,290,642 shares (instead of 2,007,290,471 shares); Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 1,992,209,120 shares (instead of 1,992,208,949 shares)

+ Number of treasury shares:  15,081,522 shares.
