VNG: Approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing

The Board resolution dated September 20, 2021, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing as follows:

-          Record date: October 11, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Time of implementation: expected in October 2021 or November 2021

-          Location: 253 Hoang Van Thu Street, ward 2, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh.

-          Content: to register and list bonds of VNG.
