The Board resolution dated September 20, 2021, the BOD of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1) To withdraw investment capital in 299 Development Invest Joint Stock Company:

- Owning volume: 8,000,000 shares

- Ownership ratio: 40% charter capital of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company

- Par value: VND10,000/share.

2) To withdraw investment capital in Hoang Gia Real Estate Group JSC:

- Owning volume: 175,000 shares

- Ownership ratio: 4.8% charter capital of Hoang Gia Real Estate Group JSC.
