-          Record date: October 08, 2021

-          Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2020;

Detailed contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 100:30

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 30 new shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be distributed to union labor.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
