On September 06, 2021, the State Securities Commission received the report on results of stock issuance for dividend payment and capital increase by Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the Company distributed 36,398,700 shares, as follows:

-          Issuing shares to pay dividends: 12,739,346 shares;

-          Issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity: 23,659,354 shares.
