The Board resolution dated September 13, 2021, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the report on the business production activities in Quarter II/2021 and the business plan in Quarter III/2021.

2)      Approving the establishment of Corporate Governance Committee.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Dang Huynh Anh Tuan – member of BOD as member of Audit Committee.

4)      Approving the list of members of Audit Committee:
