The Board resolution dated September 10, 2021, the BOD of Travel Investment And Seafood Development Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the stock issuance plan to pay dividend for 2019 and 2020:

-          Stock name: Travel Investment And Seafood Development Corporation

-          Stock code: DAT

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of outstanding shares: 46,005,413 shares

-          Issuance ratio: 20% (100:20) (Those who own 100 shares will receive 20 new shares.)

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 9,201,082 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND92,010,820,000

-          Plan for using capital after the issuance: to supplement its working capital

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 103 shares. With 20% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 103 *20/100 = 20.6 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 20 new shares and fractional shares of 0.6 will be cancelled.

2)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares.
