The Board of Directors of Kosy Joint Stock Company decided to cancel the list of shareholders on the record date of August 09, 2021 as well as the 2021 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders because of the complicated situation of Covid-19 pandemic.

Kosy Joint Stock Company will obtain shareholders’ written opinions as follows:

• Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
• Record date: September 14, 2021
• Time of implementation: from September 16, 2021 to September 27, 2021
• Estimated date of report of Minutes and Resolution of General Meeting: September 28, 2021;
• Voting contents:

v  Details about the transfer without public tender offer by Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong, which was adopted by the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders;

v  Cancellation of the intention of share private placement and approval for a share issue plan to swap for shares of shareholders of other companies;

v  Other issues under the jurisdiction of shareholders (if any).
