On August 31, 2021, Viet Thang Corporation sent the State Securities Commission an extension application of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements due to the effects of Covid-19 pandemic. On the same day, the State Securities Commission issued a reply regarding the disclosure of financial statements of Viet Thang Corporation as follows:

-          The State Securities Commission asked Viet Thang Corporation to announce the extension of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements due to force majeure and disclose sufficient information after remedying according to regulations.
