On August 26, 2021, Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation sent the State Securities Commission an extension application of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements until September 30, 2021 due to the effects of Covid-19 pandemic. On the same day, the State Securities Commission issued a reply regarding the disclosure of financial statements of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation as follows:

-          The State Securities Commission asked Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation to announce the extension of disclosure of the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements due to force majeure and disclose sufficient information after remedying according to regulations (no later than September 30, 2021 as requested by the Company).
