On August 23, 2021, the Board of Directors of CII Engineering and Construction JSC (HOSE: CEE) approved two agreements with the affiliated parties as follows:

- Agreement between CEE and Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII). Accordingly, CII will provide a financial support of VND320 billion to CEE for the construction of Trung Luong - My Thuan Expressway - Phase 1 in the form of BOT.

- Cooperation agreement between CEE and Khu Bac Thu Thiem Company Limited. Accordingly, CEE will cooperate with a maximum capital of VND25 billion to implement the technical infrastructure construction investment project in the Northern Residential Area and complete the North-South Road Project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area.
