According to the official document dated August 02, 2021 by the State Securities Commission, Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company was approved the extension of disclosure of the Quarter 2.2021 financial statements (no later than August 20, 2021 as the request of the Company) due to force majeure (the Covid-19 pandemic).
