On August 16, 2021, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) approved the plan for raising the charter capital of Trang Cat Urban Development One Member Co., Ltd., a company wholly-owned by KBC, as follows:

-          Purpose: to finance and implement Trang Cat Urban Project.

-          Time of implementation: from Quarter 3 of 2021 to the end of Quarter 1 of 2022.

-          Expected capital increase: from VND1,500,000,000,000 to VND3,000,000,000,000.

-          Method of raising capital: The owner will contribute more capital to Trang Cat Urban Development One Member Co., Ltd.
